Initial appointment
Get in touch with us to set up your consultation with a health coach. Both in-person and virtual consultations and appointments are available, and we will go over everything you need to know to set you up for success.
To help ensure that our coaching sessions remain fully focused on you, we advise against bringing children along to minimize potential disruptions. Please be aware that we are unable to provide supervision for unattended children.

An Ideal Protein Health Profile form must be filled out before we can get started.
If you complete the form in advance, please bring it along with you and plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time; otherwise, please arrive fifteen minutes in advance to complete the required paperwork at the center.

Orders can be picked up at your weekly meeting, and we encourage you to ask questions and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
Life happens! If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, reach out via phone or email as soon as possible to reschedule. To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
